I had an amazing getaway at this hotel with stunning views and cozy atmospheres. The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Tuan, who went above and beyond to enhance our experience. The dining options were delicious and had gorgeous settings. My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the location offered beautiful views and a nice lounge area that added to the ambiance. On the other hand, the service was subpar and I felt like the rooms didn't live up to their premium price tag. The dining experience during Christmas was particularly disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it for a special occasion. Overall, while it had its moments, there were definitely areas that need improvement.
